Marikl Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before You Play

Marikl (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Marikl and its members (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "member").

Marikl operates under an international gaming license and provides its services in full compliance with applicable laws. These terms and conditions have been prepared with Bangladeshi users in mind.

These Terms & Conditions apply in the following circumstances:

The following requirements must be met to open an account on Marikl:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. A national ID or passport may be requested for age verification.
• One account only: Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Password: Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share it with anyone.

Marikl supports the popular mobile banking and payment methods available in Bangladesh. All deposits must come from the member's own account — payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

There are no additional charges for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — this is entirely their policy and Marikl is not responsible for such charges.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 business hours. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — funds only become withdrawable once the wagering requirements have been met.

In cases of suspicious activity, Marikl reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal pending investigation.

Marikl regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, clearly stated on the offer page. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 15×–35× the bonus amount). Winnings derived from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• One active bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system for unfair gain will result in account closure.

All games on Marikl are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and audited by independent third parties. Every game outcome is completely random and impartial.

• Marikl is not liable for disconnections during gameplay; however, the system automatically saves your game state.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, Marikl reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.
• If you are unsure about the rules of any game, please contact customer support.
• Some games may have a maximum bet limit — this will be shown on the game page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Marikl:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another member's account.
• Abusing the bonus system (e.g., using multiple accounts to claim bonuses).
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Providing false information to mislead Customer Support.
• Using software or automated tools to manipulate game outcomes.

Marikl may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be returned.

At Marikl, we believe gaming is entertainment — not an addiction. That's why we offer a range of tools and features to promote responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Time limit: You can set a daily limit on how long you play.
• Temporary Break: You can self-exclude for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Permanent break: If gaming is causing you problems, you may permanently close your account.

Marikl's decision shall be considered final. However, members may appeal to the relevant licensing authority if they wish.

Marikl reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Registered members will be notified of any changes via email.
• A notice will be posted on the page before any changes take effect.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
